The Biblical story of Esther has always resonated with me. I mean. I literally named my daughter after this powerful woman in the Bible. 😆 Well. Last week, this shirt came in the mail from @ellyandgrace and my eyes instantly welled up with tears. I had ordered a couple weeks ago, knowing I would love it, but when I saw the words across the front...
“Perhaps you were made for such a time as this” ...it was like God was speaking those words right to my heart, as I stood in my kitchen. That reminder was exactly what I needed as I basically re-launch my business this next week and shoot for a huge, 6-years-coming kinda goal over the next 4 months. 💎 I was made for this. I am brave enough, smart enough, talented enough, and prepared enough. I have everything I need. I will persevere, day after day. I will lay this great feat at 𝘏𝘪𝘴 feet. I will have favor, every step of the way. Everything is coming together. Don’t forget. There are tasks and goals and moments that you were literally MADE FOR. Follow your heart. Listen to Spirit. And let’s do the things that have our names written 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 them. XOXO Kourt ![]() Faith > Fear It’s the theme I run into often {read: daily} as a mom, wife, entrepreneur, leader, and HUMAN. And right now, you better believe it’s a constant struggle. But I have a choice. Do I choose to 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 my vibration, my immune system, my emotions, and my mental capacity? Because whether we like it or not, THAT IS WHAT 𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗥 DOES. Or... Do I choose to 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 that vibe, boost that immune system, heal my body and emotions, and kick my brain up a notch just by leaning into 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗧𝗛? Faith is believing in the unseen; hoping when it feels hopeless; seeing something that no one else can see. “Sometimes life is about risking everything for a dream no one can see but you!” I’ll see you that quote (that 9/10 entrepreneurs have on their vision board) and raise you the power of another person believing 𝘞𝘐𝘛𝘏 you. I’ll believe with you. I’ll hope with you. What are you holding onto faith for right now?
Do you ever feel like your life is juuuuuust a little crazy? 🙋🏻♀️ Today there were meetings, important things I couldn’t let go another day, relationships that I had to prioritize, kids who needed my attention, AND THEN the “perfect storm” evening ahead of baseball, basketball, cheerleading, and gymnastics. And that’s before an upline team call we’re guest speaking on after bedtime! 😅 . How do I do it all? ✨Deep breaths ✨Lifelong Vitality supplements ✨Nourishing food ✨Drinking 80-100 oz of water ✨Oils for stress and focus . My favorite oils to diffuse or apply topically for stress: Adaptiv, Frankincense, Copaiba, Balance, Wild Orange, Stronger, and Serenity. . My favorite oils to diffuse or apply topically for focus: InTune, Peppermint, Rosemary, and Thinker . Hope your day is a little less crazy than mine! Here’s to mom life! 🥂
![]() Get into the habit of asking... “Does this support the life I’m trying to create?” This has been EXACTLY my question since December. I ask this, then I stop. Because it is at that very moment that I have overwhelming gratitude for the very fact that I 👏🏻 GET 👏🏻 TO 👏🏻 CREATE 👏🏻 the life and business of my dreams. It is an outlandish and equally beautiful privilege that I sometimes take for granted. Every day, I get a choice. And to be really honest, I chose a long time ago, that my best life was not in working for someone else. My best outcome was in following the dreams and visions that God had placed in my heart. For a while, that looked like being a stay at home, homeschool momma. Then, that looked like Childbirth Education and Doula work. It looked like starting a dōTERRA business and rocking all of the above for a couple years after that. In December though, I felt this deep, almost desperate need to shift my energy. I rearranged furniture. I painted walls. I did a cleanse. I evaluated systems in my business. I prepped for 2020 with @hol_fit ‘s Beautiful Life Lab. Then I was accepted into a training with @allyse_sedivy in Prague that would be in early February. Momentum was officially shifted. 😂 For 8 weeks now, I have been growing and learning and educating and investing in 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 like my life depends on it. Because it does. The life that I am dreaming of depends on me doing the things; taking the steps; saying yes when it’s a yes and no when it’s a no. I get to choose what it looks like! It’s time to create, my friends! Make it exactly what you’ve dreamed of! 💜 Here’s what I know:
I don’t have the answers. 😳 I’m sure that’s shocking. Lol. But I don’t. Sometimes life feels out of control! As an Enneagram 3, I like to be IN CONTROL, as much as possible. Because if I’m out of control, that’s “not successful”. And if my life is a mess, then “I’m a failure”. Or at least that’s the story I tell myself. 🤷🏻♀️ But here’s the deal. When I have come to the end of MY knowledge and MY solutions and I FINNNNNALLY say “God, I need your strength and wisdom here, because I literally have nothing left”... that’s when the magic happens. And I imagine Him to respond like I do, after watching my 3 year old use all her ideas to reach something up high... when she FINALLY gives in and says “mommy will you help me?” OF COURSE I’m going to help her. OF COURSE she gets a smile and a big, tight hug. I’ve just been waiting for her to ASK ALREADY! 🥰😭 Here’s my recipe for the hard days, when you’ve reached the end of your rope: 1. Lifelong Vitality supplements + the new Adaptiv supplement 2. Order tacos 🌮 3. Get some quiet, alone time in the car while you go pick up said tacos 4. Diffuse Adaptiv + Black Spruce in the car ASAP 5. Before you drive away, Roll Adaptiv + Wild Orange + Peppermint Touch in your hands, then run your hands through your hair + pull it up into a top knot (aka get it OFF YOUR NECK FOR THE LOVE) and let your hair be the diffuser for your brain. 6. As you drive, feel free to cry + yell + tell God how done you are with this BS. He’s GOD. He can take it. 7. Listen to him say “Sure! Np! I was just waiting for you to ask for help!” 8. Eat those tacos and get to work. He’s got your back. 💥 |

Interests
I love to craft. I love to decorate. I am passionate about natural living & natural birthing. Sometimes I write stuff. I plan parties like my life depended on it. My favorite color is pink. My house is definitely NOT taupe. I typically cannot keep plants alive. I am only allowed to have dogs as pets because all others tend to have the same end result as the plants. Luckily my track record with kids is pretty good! Also, I drink a lot of coffee. And I really like tacos. |
