We grew up in the midwest on Hamburger Helper, white bread, red Kool-Aid, and Cardinals baseball. Our parents didn't know about GMO's or chiropractic care. They didn't have Google. They didn't have Facebook.

We met at 12 and 13 years old. We were best friends, turned high school sweethearts, turned soulmates. We got pregnant, got married, got a minivan, then somewhere between our second potty training experience and our fourth pregnancy we found ourselves searching for solutions.

Our journey began slowly, and to be honest it will never really end. We are constantly learning. We will never know it all. There are always new ways to elevate our lives. We hope you will stay a while and grow with us!
